Juggling Lessons: All three balls.

The idea in
a nutshell:

Throw the ball in an arch shape, making sure it peaks in front of the destination shoulder.

How it's done:
Starting feels the hardest part!

Begin with two balls in your dominant hand. Throw the ball furthest from your body first, then the second as you did in lesson two. When the second ball peaks, throw the third. Remember that you should be alternating the throwing and catching hands.

Rhythm is vitally important here, it will come with time! You can control the height (and therefore speed) of the balls simply by moving your line of sight up & down. Try it!

Remember the arch shape, and be patient.
