Two Choices: You need the QuickTime Plugin (or RealPlayer) to view the videos. You should ensure that you have the most recent version of QuickTime & it's Plugin, available (for free) from http://www.apple.com/uk/quicktime.
Mac OSX users may find it easier use 'Software Update' form the Apple menu.
Windoze PC users should follow the link above, or the one that appears in the space created by the absent video footage (this should take you to the appropriate page for your version/machine).

Failing that, go to http://www.youtube.com/captainfranko and watch a selection there.
